Today, I wanna share you a video from "RD English" that is talking the RD's secrets to good speech.

The hook,
Hook can help you captivate your audience from the first minutes.
Instead of saying flat out, try to produce a hook, put the point behind problems which audience wanna to know or solve. Use that be a effective hook, and then, make people care about the points that you said. The way people get hooked to what you have to said and stay attentive until you get them takeaway.
2.
The interaction,
Good speech is not a good lecture.
We are not there to spew knowledge onto our audience.
We are there to make a presentation.Guide thought process, make some inspired questions and solutions.
There are many way can easy to interact with audience, like make a polling, throwing a question to your audience.
3.
The surprise.
Aristotle said "The secret to humor is surprise."
If something out of ordinary or not to expected, that will create a comedy effect.
On the other hand, surprise can let your audience more impressive in your speech.
